We have experience in the role of contractor's lead design manager on schemes worth over £100m as well as multiple infrastructure contracts between £20m and £50m. We manage multi-disciplinary design teams from architects and building services engineers to civil and aeronautical ground lighting (AGL) designers. Dependent on project scope and size we can co-locate with our clients or offer a mixture of site and remotely-led services.
MOC Associates brings significant technical and design management expertise offering a competitive advantage from tender right through to construction. All our services can be delivered in accordance with ISO 19650, the international standard for BIM and information management, and we can assist in providing responses to employer’s information requirements (EIRs), BIM execution plans (BEPs) and detailed technical writing services. Support can extend to our partners over an entire project lifespan or alternatively for a limited duration and scope.
Project management case study: RAF Marham
I worked with Martin on a very complex RAF project. Martin was the lead design manager over seeing a multi discipline structure. Martin shows great leadership qualities which were evident in the way the whole design process was structured and implemented. The team ethos that Martin built was true testament to his passion in the construction industry.
